The Petzl Trigrest is an additional handrest to improve the grip on most Petzl ice axes. It is quick to add, remove and adjust and can be moved to any part of the shaft on compatible axes.
Compatible with the following Petzl axes: Ride, Glacier, Glacier Literide, Summit (not Summit Evo), Sum'Tec and Gully axes.

Having made do with DIY rests for a few years, these are awesomely secure. I have fixed mine in (on some DMM Flys) but the slidability on Petzls could be useful.
