Mammut Airbag 3 Trigger Test Tool

The Mammut Trigger Test Tool is a handy screw on bit of plastic which allows you to test fire your Mammut airbag 3.0 system without using a cartridge. Simply screw the Trigger Test Tool into the slot where the cartridge goes, put the pack on as normal and pull the trigger handle. A clear clicking sound indicates that had you had a cartridge installed your airbag would have inflated successfully.

As airbags pretty much only get deployed in emergency situation (or maybe once when you first purchase it) it's useful to give it a few tries before you head out into the mountains so rather than panic in the event of an avalanche you know exactly what to do.

All Mammut airbags are supplied with one of these tools, this is just a replacement incase yours has been lost.

Please Note: This is only for use with the Mammut 3.0 system (winter 2016 onwards) it must not be used with any other system.
