Two weeks ago we moved the whole business from Wharfebank Business Park in Otley up the hill to a far more spacious and better appointed location in Guiseley. The move went smoothly and we were shipping orders from the new address within two days.
As you can see, we’re still arranging the stock onto the shelving but we’ve got loads of spare space here making it much easier for us to pick and process your orders.
As well as more stock space we’ve also now got lots more room for order processing making for a more efficient packing system. This helps to ensure that we can get your orders out of the door to you as quickly as possible.
As well as the additional warehouse area we also have a dedicated office space almost double the size of our previous location making our customer service areas much more comfortable.
We also have a new meeting room, staff room, shower and toilets along with indoor bike storage. This is a huge step up for us at Facewest, we have the facilities now to provide many more years of excellent service no matter how the economy changes. We’re looking forward to our winter deliveries so that we can start to fill the place up!
