The Rab Infinity Alpine Jacket is a lightweight GORE-TEX INFINIUM and Hydrophobic Down insulated jacket for cold environments in very poor conditions. The Switchback Seam stitch through construction maximises the warmth provided by the down insulation my minimising cold spots where the baffles are stitched. GORE-TEX INFINIUM with WINDSTOPPER is an untaped highly water resistant and wind resistant fabric which is used in overlays on the torso and upper arms to provide extra protections in exposed areas. The Flurocarbon free Hydrophobic treated Down retains its performance in damper conditions (It is not waterproof however), making the Infinity jacket an ideal belay jacket for Scottish winter or other cold damp climates.
The hood features a protective wired peak and is also down filled. The durable YKK Vislon front zip has an synthetic insulated zip baffle, which helps to retain your core heat. A hem drawcord can be drawn in to stop draughts from below and the elasticated cuffs will prevent cold air from entering the sleeves. There are two YKK hand warmer pockets and one internal chest pocket.
