Full Description
The Mountain Equipment Lunar II is a warm and packable synthetic filled sleeping bag for backpacking and travelling. Using POLARLOFT insulation with differing fibre diameters to strike a balance between durability and high loft for warmth. Polarloft insulation also maintains its performance in damp or wet conditions, making the Lunar II ideal for the UK climate. The single layer construction and offset seams prevent cold spots where the insulation is stitched in place. The lightweight Helium 40 denier fabric is packable and durable. The Lunar III has a full length zip baffle to prevent heat escaping, the Alpine fit reduces empty space in the bag making it much more efficient and keeping you warm.
The Lunar II hits a great balance between warmth and packability, making it a great choice for two season UK conditions. The synthetic insulation also makes it a great bivi choice as it still keeps you warm even if it gets wet.
