The Mountain Equipment Eclipse Hooded Zip T is a close fitting, fast drying hooded mid layer that's ideally suited to mountain running and climbing adventures.

Constructed from Pontetorto Tecnostretch fleece it is lightweight and fast drying. The seams are coverstiched throughout to ensure a next to skin comfort and the handy chest zip is deep enough to regulate your temperature when you start working hard. The close fitting hood offers extra protection from the elements should you need it. A zipped Napoleon chest pocket provides a handy place to keep your valuables safe in and is mesh backed so it can be dual purpose and be used as an extra vent.

Now my favourite hoodie, sizing is spot on, technically its first class and I have to say its pretty cool ðŸ˜Ž. I'm always drawn to the different and the zip finishing off centre makes this hoodie so.

This is a thin fleece made of Pontetorto's tecnostretch (like Polartec's Power Grid). It can be worn directly on the skin or over light merino wool (~150g/m^2). The stretch makes it ideal for alpine climbing and ice climbing with axe-swinging action, and thanks to Polygiene it doesn't smell too bad after a couple of days. I recommend it.
