Full Description
The Mammut Helmet Holder is a handy addition to any backpack. Made from a stretchy nylon spandex mix it will flex around your helmet holding it securely to the front of your pack. Ideal for those big days when you just can't squeeze everything in.
Although designed to work specifically with Mammut packs there's no reason it can't work with other makes too as long as they have a similar attachment area on the front of the pack.

A great product that does exactly what I bought it for: holding my helmet in place outside my rucksack. It’s easy to use and works every time. I was also able to deduce the contents of my bag slightly by storing annoying items like ski goggles, socks, underwear (users choice!) inside the helmet. It is great value for money.

I bought the helmet holder to fit on an Osprey rucksack. Not what it's intended for, but fixings were in the right place for it all to connect. However, I think the image on the website must show it with quite a small helmet. It was wholly inadequate for keeping my ski hemet in place, and either needed the elastics pulled so tight that the backpack was forced out of shape, or at normal tension the helmet could easily slip out. I thought it was a waste of money and sent it back.

Great addition. Allows me to use a smaller daysack for shorter climbs/tours and keep the weight down (if I use a bigger bag I tend to fill it! ). Well made, attaches well.

The Mammut Helmet holder is a great l accessory for my rucsac, it keeps my helmet under control on the outside, stopping the annoying swinging when my helmet is just clipped on to my pack. .
