I have had my MSR Dragonfly for over 10 years, but due to 1 of the rings deteriorating after all those years, I had a small leak which resulted in a small fire. Nothing to worry about, but it did mean a new pump. The replacement is identical, and worked perfectly The quality of MSR products are 2nd to none, and I have never had a problem until now, and it was due to my own neglect. Facewest was speedy with delivery and I was cooking again with a few days. Brilliant service as usual from Facewest. And obviously an excellent product from MSR.
