The Exped SIM Comfort 10 is the ultimate in camping comfort from Exped. This 10cm thick self inflating mat is warm, soft and has a huge sleeping area allowing you to sleep totally unrestricted. The top of the mat is a 50 denier soft feel tricot nylon that is comfortable to sleep on without a sheet, although a sheet is recommended for ease of cleaning. The bottom is made from durable 75 denier polyester. The 10cm thick foam used in this mat is supportive and also has the added bonus of being a great insulator. THe SIM Comfort 10 has an R-Value of 8.1 making it one of the warmest mats on the market.
The SIM Comfort 10 will inflate most of the way itself thanks to the foam filling, but may need to be topped up depending on your preference. This can be done using the included mini pump. There are Velcro strips along the side seam which allow two or more mats to be coupled together. The SIM Comfort 10 comes with a height-adjustable roll top bag with carry strap, which can also be used as a shoulder bag.
