Full Description
The Black Diamond Quickdraw Carbon 240 is Black Diamond's lightest avalanche rescue probe at just 226g. The extreamly light and strong carbon fibre sections are connected with a kevlar internal cord. CordLock technology locks the section securely in place when in use and keeps the collapsed section in place without the need of a stuff sack, further reducing overall weight.
Speed ferrules allow the sections to join very quickly with the 'one-pull' cord. Probing sensitivity is exceptional as the alloy tip is over sized, creating a wider hole than the probes shaft. The probe has high visibility markings every 1cm giving an accurate indication of depth. All together a light probe that works really well for touring or for beginners.
