The Arcteryx Therme Parka is a down and synthetic insulated parka with a waterproof outer perfect for keeping you dry and toasty warm for daily winter use and post activity comfort.

The jacket is filled with 750 Fill Goose Down and features Down Composite Mapping which strategically places Coreloft synthetic insulation into areas prone to moisture - the hood, collar, hemlines and cuffs. Goose down is then used throughout the body and arms, where the most warmth is required. The insulation is protected with a Gore-Tex 2 Layer shell that is breathable, windproof and waterproof along with being soft to the touch and comfortable to wear.

The fit of the Therme Parka is regular, so there is space for layers if required and as a parka it is upper thigh length, providing more coverage so you stay warmer in freezing conditions. The hood and neck feature an synthtic insulated gasket to keep warmth in. Externally there are two insulated hand pockets whilst inside there is a zipped security pocket to keep items safely stowed away in. To further assist with keeping the cold out the wrists feature internal cuff gaskets.

Put in a order via PayPal, Phoned in , spoke to a gentleman called Graham, told him that there was not a completed order, spoke to PayPal about the issue,then got everything right, Phoned back to see if they have received the order and it was good to Go! Good quality coat and very warm. Sizing is pretty good, not sure why other reviewers say it comes up very large. My height is - 6ft Weight - 90kg Build type - athletic, and the medium fits me well, I could have gone for the large but I preferred the slimmer profile the medium had, plus it still had room for a hoodie or a jumper underneath too but fits very well with just a t shirt. Depends on fit preference and layering you require. Only negatives are that it's a bit of a dust magnet and the colour isn't black, it's more of a slate grey.
