Petzl TacTikka Plus RGB

The Petzl TacTikka Plus RGB is a military/camo style headtorch ideal as a powerful and versatile light for hunting and fishing. The RGB part of the name refers to the fact that it offers red, green and blue lighting alongside the standard white light. It features Petzl's new Hybrid technology making the TacTikka Plus compatible to use with both standard AAA batteries and the rechargeable Petzl Core battery.

The TacTikka Plus has a maximum output of 350 lumens and the ability to choose between proximity, movement and distance lighting modes, all of which are accessed using the single button operation. It also has a red light to preserve night vision and an easily adjustable elastic headband with a quick to open buckle. The lamp itself is lightweight and compact making it unobtrusive when worn or packed away.

Battery Performance on Petzl Hybrid Torches

Using good quality AAA batteries gives the burn times as shown below. This torch is compatible with Petzl's Core battery (sold separately) which gives a very different performance.
