Beal Antidote

The Beal Antidote 10.2mm is a single rope that is superb choice for sport climbing, wall climbing and trad climbing on shorter straighter routes. At 10.2mm it is pretty much the go to diameter and weight for every day sport and wall climbing, especially if the route has to be worked. The 35m length is ideal for use as a wall rope while the 50m will cover most trad in the UK and the 60m most sport in the UK and abroad. If you are looking for a rope that you will not use in wet environments or for winter climbing then the Antidote is a brilliant choice especially if you are on a budget, whether you're a beginner or seasoned climber.

As part of the Beal Active range of ropes the Antidote has no treatment on either the sheath or core ensuring the construction is ecologically sound. This does mean that it's not ideal for use as a winter rope or in wet conditions.
